By signing up or using the products and services of Corporate World Wear website you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Corporate World Wear reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service from time to time without notice. Any new features that augment or enhance the current Program, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to the Terms of Service. Continued use of the Program after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes. We accept no liability to you or any third party in the event of changes in the conditions of sale of products and services or subscription.
4. Acceptance of Electronic documents
1. Definitions:
In these conditions the following terms shall have the following meaning “The Company” means Corporate World Wear “Customer” means the customer of the company. “Contract” means any contract for the sale of goods by The Company to the Customer.
2. Accessibility of site:
We guarantee availability to the site consistently; however, we maintain the right to terminate the site whenever and without notice. You acknowledge that service interruptions may happen so as to take into account site upgrades, scheduled support or may likewise be expected to be due to external factors beyond our control.
3. Intellectual Property
All parties agree that all intellectual property rights and database rights including, but not limited to text, images, data, photographs, image, music, sound and their choice and arrangement, as well as all computer compilations, underlying source code and technology, shall remain in our or our licensors ‘ hands at all times. We or our licensors will only permit the use of such material as expressly authorized by us.
Any unauthorized use of this website’s material and content is strictly prohibited and you agree not to print, reproduce, transmit, publish, view, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works of such material and content, or to encourage such use by any third party.
4. Acceptance of Electronic documents:
You accept that all contracts, notices, reports and other correspondence that we provide to you electronically meet the legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
5. Payment:
Payment is taken at the time of placing an order. No goods shall be supplied without payment except some specific items and within the location “Lagos”. Goods shall be delivered by a carrier of The Company’s choosing. Carriage will be at cost to the Customer and forms part of the invoice. The Business aim to dispatch goods within 3-5 working days for items not shipped from Overseas. For shipped from overseas items, please allow 15-20 working days. Customers in Lagos state, please allow 3-5 working days to report to The Business any outstanding orders that is not tagged shipped from overseas.
6. Claims:
Claims arising from damage delay or partial loss of the goods in transit must be made in writing to Corporate World Wear within seven working days of delivery. We shall be afforded reasonable opportunity to investigate any claim made hereunder, and the Customer shall, if so requested in writing or verbally by The Company promptly return any of the goods subject of any claim and any packing materials securely packaged and return them to us for examination.
7. Indemnity:
You agree to indemnify Corporate World Wear free from any claim and demand, including any fees related to your breach of terms and conditions of sale.
8. Returns:
No returns and refunds for shipped from overseas items. All sales are final.
If an order is not shipped from overseas, You have the right to cancel your order up to 3 days after order dispatch date, as long as the items are in their original condition, with all tickets and tags attached. All refunds exclude postage costs, unless a mistake has been made by us.
We regret that we are unable to offer refunds on any Sale items unless proven faulty. We will be happy to offer a like for like; size exchange or credit note for sale goods.
9. Specifications:
Corporate World Wear reserves the right to alter specifications to those stated on the website, including slight differences in Colour, shape and size. The Customer’s statutory rights will not be affected.
